From the moment we arrived, the level of service exceeded all our expectations. The hotel itself is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea (both from the room balcony and breakfast/dining restaurants), but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality we received. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were absolutely fantastic. There was an impressive variety of delicious options to choose from. A special mention must go to Berina, our waitress, who made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor were truly remarkable. Another highlight of our stay was the thoughtful surprise from the hotel staff. They learned that we were celebrating my mother’s birthday during our visit, and to our delight, they arranged for a beautiful birthday cake to be delivered after our dinner. Overall, we had an outstanding experience. The beautiful location, delicious food, and the exceptional staff, and multiple services made our stay one to remember. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway full of relax and just enjoying yourself

Our stay in the Dubrovnik palace Hotel was outstanding - the hotel is located in a quiet location with stunning views of the sea and nearby islands. The room was very spacious and modern, and all the staff were very nice and polite - the restaurant team, the spa team, receptionists team and the assistant in the gift shop. We travelled during November and stayed for a week, when the weather was sunny and around 20C, and it was the perfect time - the indoor jacuzzi spa and the outdoor heated jacuzzi spa were always available to use, no crowds, and it was great to relax with views to the sunset. There were several groups of tourists staying for the night or business conferences. Hotel is Beach Lapad area, but is very easy to reach Dubrovnik old town in 10’ by public bus or taxi. Also, if you want to do day trips to Bosnia or Montenegro, organised tour agencies can pick you up in the hotel entrance. 100% recommended

Beautiful hotel with great facilities. Loved the outdoor pool, very clean, swim up bar and plenty of sun loungers and complimentary towels. The 'beach' was where we did most of our lounging listening to the waves and taking dip in the sea. Also did an evening swim in the indoor pool and jacuzzi which was stunning, great views. Well equipped gym. Room had everything we needed including super aircon and tea/coffee facilities. The balcony with sea view is stunning and great addition to the room. The hotel is a little out of the way but the bus stops literally outside the door and it's a short ride to old Town. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice. I would 100% stay here again, it was worth every penny.

The food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. There were multiple restaurants to suit your preferred choice of dining. The spa areas inside were amazing with an indoor pool, sauna and steam room. As well as a range of massage treatments available. There is also an outdoor pool and access to the sea to swim. The view from the rooms are spectacular. We had a view of the sunset from our room and restaurant terrace on different nights. It was fantastic!!

All staff in the hotel was very kind and professional, one of the best experiences we ever had. The room was big with two bathrooms, a balcony, and stunning views of the sea. The same goes for breakfast and dinner restaurants and the inner swimming pool on the 9th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular views. There is a bus station in front of the hotel, bus drives every 15 minutes to the old city center.
